Room was nasty dirty spiders in the window seal. Looked like the room had not ever been vaccumed. Toilet didn't work. When asked for more towels they didn't have any had to dry off with hand towels I for got my shampoo and they had none even thou they offered it in the room.. It was just dirty.. But it worked for the night softball tournment mm our daughters played till 10:00 that night and had to be back to the field by 8 am the next morning so it was a quick desion where to stay.. Never will we stay there again...
I liked that it was close to St Johns hospital! The bed was comfy!
The bathroom was kinda small and outdated which makes it appear dirty. I know it wasn't dirty but I'm not sure if I will stay there next appointment date.
Staff was slow and not friendly. Had to plug in lamps. No hot water until a few minutes before I left. Questionable cleanliness. Towels so thin in spots I could see through them.
It was very quite and we weren't smack dab next to someone else. Their rooms didn't smell like smoke. And the sheets were fresh.
The receptionist made me a waffle, they were very helpful, super friendly, very comfortable, nice location overall a great stay I would stay here again!
The only bad thing is that Wifi is terrible it's slow and brings you back and forth reentering and confirm the username and password then it didn't even work on my iPad or phone. Wifi is a huge deal nowadays so that was a bit of a disappointment.
Bed was comfortable. Price was OK.
The facilities were in need of repairs (missing security, ceiling crumbling, missing parts on toilet, plus more). Hall had a odd odor (smoke+paint). The service desk person forgot we were guests a couple times.
the indoor was very nice given how hot out it was
logging into the Wi-Fi was kind of a pain but other then that everyone and everything was great
The workmanship such as painting was shabby and rushed, looked like a cheap hotel considering the price I paid to stay one night.
Bed was comfortable however the fitted sheet kept coming loose and exposing the mattress itself.
Several items need different levels of repair before being visually pleasing.
The staff when I checked in was very nice and helpful.
When I first entered the bathroom in my room there were two cockroaches by the toilet. I killed them. Then later when i pulled the covers down to get in bed it looked like there was dryed splatters of blood on the sheets and pillow. Pulled sheets down further and the foot of the bed looked like someone slept with dirty feet. Went to front desk to request clean sheets and the man on duty wasn't very concerned about the issie. So i just got clean sheets from him and remade the bed myself. Also, the heated indoor pool felt more like a jacuzzi due to be so hot. Daytime staff was great tho as well as housekeepers. Oh, and the tv was extremely small for the room. Couldnt even really watch it while laying in bed. Had to sit up to see it.
The bed was amazingly comfortable. Was over all pleased with the hotel
The tolite paper roll was fallin out of the wall and the TV remote was not wanting to register unless you were right in front of the tv.
It was only for 1night
Very limited breakfast choices, no hot breakfast As advertised No fruit, coffee was cold No receipt at checkout No stopper in the sink, tub wouldn't drain
The bed was great, the best we sleep in in a long time. Also the second shift clerk ( Roger) was every friendly and helpful.
The toilet handle was broken and you had to take the lid off too flush it. Told the day shift clerk. she was not to concern. Also the fitness room was in bad shape.
Nice, comfortable room.
The shower didn't work and the fridge was really loud.
Location and price
Was worn, could have been cleaner.
